Welcome to our website. We are Wybren Lieuwes and Afke Lourens. Together with our Staffords we live in a small village in the North of the Netherlands, called Oudwoude.

When, in the autumn of 2006, we bought a house, we also got some extra space, which made it possible to finally own a dog. Both of us were used to having dogs around since childhood. Now that we had the opportunity, we wanted a dog of our own. Wybren had some experience with the Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Therefore the choice for this shorthaired, very friendly dog was easily made. We went looking for a litter and found a breeder in Leeuwarden. The parents of the litter where looking very good to us, and we chose one of the bitches. This is how our first Stafford Kayleigh came to live with us.

After a few years we decided that we would like to take our passion a step further and in 2009 we applied for our own kennelname Aldgillis, which got assigned. We are member of the Dutch SBTC and we are also clubbreeder which means that want meet the demands of the clubbreedership rules. We have been trained in different levels of canine education.

Our goal is the breeding of Staffords that are sound in mind and body. Our dogs are health tested and DNA profiled.
